02:23:09 <stepcut> aep: thanks for the heads up. The deb package was using a special patch to haskell-devscripts to copy the binary into the server package. But that patch to haskell-devscripts is no longer being used.
02:23:36 <stepcut> so in the course of things, someone rebuilt the server package and upgraded the server, but the binary wasn't there to run anymore :)
